Returns and Refunds Policy for Retail Customers

All product is sold on the basis that you have researched the suitability of the product(s) beforehand for your specific vehicle and usage situation. Force4 accepts no liability on the use or misuse of any products sold.

The Consumers Guarantee Act applies in all cases.

If you need to return a product to us, please get in touch.

Refunds

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully.

Faults and damaged items

If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault it must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Contact us to arrange a return

For faster processing of your return, please ensure you:

  • Provide us with the sales or invoice number for your order
  • Retain the original packaging
  • Send us clear photographs of the damage (if applicable)
  • Accurately describe the fault or damage

We may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature of the fault, and we will let you know the outcome once the assessment is complete.

  • If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will replace the item free of charge.
  • If the product is found to have no faults, the original product will be returned to you.

The item you received is not the item you ordered

Please contact us immediately if the product(s) you receive is not the product you ordered, and we’ll get it sorted.

Change of mind

You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping for a full refund back to your card. Please email or call us as soon as possible.

If you change your mind after receiving the goods, you can return new, unopened items to Force4, within 7 days of delivery.

If the item returned has been opened or used, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

A 15% restocking fee applies to any returned item.

To enable us to process your return or exchange, please provide the invoice number for the returned item(s).

The above does not apply to non-standard stock items ordered in especially for you (Special or Indent Order). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is faulty).

Undeliverable Packages

We rely on you to enter your address details correctly. If an order is returned to Force4 because the courier has been unable to deliver, additional shipping charges will apply before an order is re-shipped.

We appreciate you doing business with us and understand that you may want to return an item for a replacement or refund in some cases.

Faults and damaged items

We will replace faulty and damaged items free of charge.

Change of mind

If you (or your customer) have changed your mind, you can return new items to Force4, provided the item(s) were purchased within the previous three months, and remain in a re-saleable condition.

However, this does not apply to non-standard stock items ordered specially for you (Special Order). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is faulty).

You can return your item(s) for credit or a refund to the original payment method.
