Shipping and Delivery Information
We only ship to addresses within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.
For in-stock items, the delivery times below are provided by the courier companies that we use, and sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Allow extra time for your order to arrive if you are in a rural location or following a public holiday.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please provide a physical delivery address when ordering.
Feel free to call us for an estimated arrival date for any Out of Stock or Pre-Order items.
Once you place an order with us, we will update you with lead times for the arrival and shipment of your order.
Orders received before midday on weekdays can usually be delivered within Auckland, Northland, and Hamilton the next working day.

The cost of shipping large items to different areas across New Zealand can vary significantly. Some products on the website have been classed as 'oversize', and you can contact us directly to get the best shipping price we can offer and to order.

We use a Non-signature Required service for all deliveries. This means the courier will leave your package in a safe place, and you do not have to be home to receive the package.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect/incomplete addresses; please check your delivery details before finalising your order.
We rely on the freight companies' care and professionalism to deliver your order damage-free. Please inspect your package before opening it. If the product is damaged, contact us immediately.
New Zealand Couriers
We will provide the track and trace number in your shipping notification email.
You can check the status of your parcel delivery using this New Zealand Couriers web page. Enter the Ticket Product Code (e.g. LH, SH, E40) in the first field and the ticket number in the second field.
Aramex
We use Aramex for shipping the AUSGO 4WD Floor Mat range. You can check the status of your parcel delivery via the Aramex website.
Mainfreight
For larger items sent via Mainfreight, we’ll include the consignment number in your shipping notification email. You’ll receive updates on the status of your delivery direct from Mainfreight.
You can also enter your consignment number in the Reference Number field on the Mainfreight website home page to check the status of your shipment.
