Contact Force4 if you have an issue with a product you purchased from us - whether the product is in or outside the stated warranty period. We will do our best to assist you in rectifying product issues.

EFS 4WD Accessories

EFS offers extended warranties on their product range:

• 5-year unlimited kilometre warranty on shock absorbers and suspension components.
• 3-year warranty on EFS Adventure Bars, Recon Recovery Gear, and VividMax lights.
• 2-year warranty on Y’Mate accessories and canvas seat covers.
• 2-year/100,000km warranty on MRP Shock Absorbers

Superior Engineering

Superior Engineering manufactured products are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase by the customer, except for:

• Monotube Shocks & Struts – Superior Engineering Adjustable 2.0 Monotube Remote Reservoir Shocks and Struts are covered by a Two (2) Year Unlimited Kilometre warranty.
• Control Arms, Draglinks, Panhard Rods and Radius Arms all have a lifetime warranty against bending.
• Rubber Bushes have a 3-month warranty for bush failure from manufacturing defects.

Novawinch

Novawinch offers a limited lifetime warranty:

• Provided the winch is used in recommended applications
• The warranty covers the purchaser of the winch against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials on all mechanical components.
• Mechanical components and associated parts have a lifetime warranty
• Electrical components, including solenoids, wiring, remotes, wire connectors and associated parts, have a limited three (3) year warranty.
• The Control Box and associated parts have a limited three (3) year warranty. Motor and associated parts also have a limited three (3) year warranty.

This warranty does not apply to the finish of the winch or components.

Exclusions:

• Winch used in inappropriate applications
• The steel cable and synthetic winch rope
• Winches damaged by corrosion or water ingress
• Winches that have been modified or disassembled resulting in failure
• Any winch component shows signs of normal ‘wear and tear’, misuse, improper installation, service or maintenance.

Boss 4WD Dropboxes

Boss 4WD offers a Lifetime Structural Warranty on the Boss Dropboxes.

Boss 4WD guarantees that their products will not fail within the reasonable lifetime that you own them. The Lifetime Structural Warranty is offered to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Modification of Boss 4WD products may void their warranty.

Force4 Hubs

Force4 provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. For the warranty to be valid, free-wheeling hubs must be fitted by a suitably qualified installer.

Xrox Bars

All Xrox bars are covered by a 12-month structural warranty against faulty materials or workmanship in their construction. The warranty does not cover paint or powder-coating finish of the product. The warranty is not transferable on change of ownership.

Airbag Man

Airbag Man offers a 24-month warranty on products purchased.

RCV Performance

RCV Performance warranty "AGAINST BREAKAGE".  Warranty against mechanical failure of the product is for the original purchaser only and not transferable.

• “Mechanical failure” is defined as failure of a component function while operating under design constraints.
• RCV reserves the right to deny any claim if the product is shown to be incorrectly installed or subject of collateral damage of surrounding components.
• RCV is not responsible for any additional collateral damages to any components caused or related to an RCV product.
• RCV is not responsible for any shop/labour hours related to installing or replacing RCV products.
• Warranty only valid for components in full RCV axle shaft assemblies, any combination of non-RCV components in the axle shaft assembly will void warranty.

Red Winches

All RED Winches are backed with a two (2) year mechanical warranty. This covers all mechanical parts. Wearing parts, bearings, brake pads etc. are excluded as are electrical components – motors and solenoids.

If an item is no longer available, Red Winches will offer an alternative. However, their liability will be to replace the faulty goods only, and Red Winches is unable to guarantee an exact match.

Radflo Suspension

Radflo products are warrantied free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of initial purchase by the original retail purchaser.

Radflo Suspension Technology’s obligation under this warranty covers repair or replacement of any part found to be defective, and it reserves the right to all final warranty or non-warranty decisions.

Radflo Suspension Technology does not warranty any damage that has occurred from incorrect use, installation, modification or maintenance.
