How do I pay?

All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST. Payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard). You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or Afterpay.

PRODUCTS & PRE-ORDERS

I don’t know which product is right for me, can you help?

Absolutely! If you need assistance finding the right product for your vehicle, our team is happy to help. Get in touch to discuss your needs.

Can you order a product from one of your suppliers on my behalf if it's not listed on your website?

Yes! We can order products from our suppliers' full range on your behalf. Contact us with the details of what you're looking for.

Please note that special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or credited unless faulty.

What is a pre-order?

A ‘pre-order’ allows you to purchase items that are either out of stock or not typically carried by us, but can be ordered in. You will be charged at the time of purchase.

We will contact you with an estimated availability date for your pre-ordered items as soon as we know more.

We will dispatch all items on your order once all items are available to ship.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. Please note that for special order items (those specifically ordered in for you), we are unable to offer a refund once the order is placed.

To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, size, and weight. Shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis, and you will be able to see the cost before placing your order.

When will my order arrive?

If the item you order is in stock, it will typically be delivered between 2-7 days from the date of dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order includes pre-order items, then we will dispatch your order once all items are available to send. If you would like in-stock items sent immediately, please contact us to arrange as an additional freight charge may apply.

We will contact you to confirm the expected lead time for any pre-order items.

Can I pick up my order from Force4?

Pickup from Force4 is not currently available.
