When will my order be ready?
Click & Collect orders are usually ready the next business day for in-stock items, depending on the order size and time placed. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
For Pre-Ordered items, we will notify you when your order is ready.
How to Click & Collect
1. Shop Online
- Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout. Choose FREE PICKUP at checkout.
2. Wait for Notification
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
- Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days.
3. Collect Your Order
- Pick up from the Force4 Warehouse – Unit D, 62 Forge Road, Silverdale, Auckland
- Hours: 8.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Bring your Order Confirmation email (digital or printed).
- If someone else is collecting your order, let us know in advance — they'll need a copy of your Order Confirmation and photo ID.
We’ll hold your order for 7 business days after it’s ready. Let us know if you need more time.
Click & Collect FAQs
What if some items I want to buy are not in stock?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you have two options:
1. Place one order for everything, and we’ll let you know when all items are ready for pickup; or
2. Place two separate orders – one for the items available now, and one for pre-order items. That way, you can collect what's ready without waiting.
Can I change my pickup to delivery later?
Yes - just get in touch with us. We'll need your full delivery address to provide a shipping quote. Any additional delivery cost will need to be paid before we dispatch your order.
How long will you hold my order?
We'll hold your order for 7 business days from the time it's ready for pickup. Let us know if you need more time - we're happy to help if we can.
Can I split one order into two pickups?
Unfortunately, no - orders must be collected in full. If you'd like to collect some items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
