When will my order be ready?

Click & Collect orders are usually ready the next business day for in-stock items, depending on the order size and time placed. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

For Pre-Ordered items, we will notify you when your order is ready.

How to Click & Collect

1. Shop Online

  • Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout. Choose FREE PICKUP at checkout.

2. Wait for Notification

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
  • Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days.

3. Collect Your Order

  • Pick up from the Force4 Warehouse – Unit D, 62 Forge Road, Silverdale, Auckland
  • Hours: 8.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Bring your Order Confirmation email (digital or printed) and photo ID.
  • In some cases, we may also ask that the credit card used to place the order be presented at the time of collection. We appreciate your understanding — these measures are in place to protect our customers from payment fraud and to ensure orders reach the right person safely.

We’ll hold your order for 7 business days after it’s ready. Let us know if you need more time.

What if some items I want to buy are not in stock?

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you have two options:

1. Place one order for everything, and we’ll let you know when all items are ready for pickup; or

2. Place two separate orders – one for the items available now, and one for pre-order items. That way, you can collect what's ready without waiting.

Can I change my pickup to delivery later?

Yes - just get in touch with us. We'll need your full delivery address to provide a shipping quote. Any additional delivery cost will need to be paid before we dispatch your order.

How long will you hold my order?

We'll hold your order for 7 business days from the time it's ready for pickup. Let us know if you need more time - we're happy to help if we can.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes — a family member, friend or colleague is welcome to collect your order, provided you let us know in advance. They'll need to bring a copy of your Order Confirmation and a valid photo ID.

In some cases, we may also ask that the credit card used to place the order be presented at the time of collection. We appreciate your understanding — these measures are in place to protect our customers from payment fraud and to ensure orders reach the right person safely.

Please note that we do not release orders to courier or on-demand delivery services (such as Uber, Uber Eats, or similar).

Can I split one order into two pickups?

Unfortunately, no - orders must be collected in full. If you'd like to collect some items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
