This custom suspension lift kit includes Superior Engineering and EFS 4WD components to deliver a 100mm lift for the Nissan Patrol LWB GQ Y60.

Fitment Notes

These kits require a high level of technical expertise for correct installation to suit certification. Please ensure your installer is familiar with all the component requirements or talk to us first before purchasing.

Front Suspension

• If ordering Superflex Radius Arms part no. 28875, also purchase the Sway bar Mounts part no. 33525 from the Optional - Front Suspension section of this listing.

Rear Suspension

• Monotube Shocks - select part no. 26457 for use with NIS-114HL4E rear coils or  part no. 45363 for use with NIS-114HL5E rear coils
• Rear Springs - As a general rule, spring loading will ideally be within 150kg of constant rating for acceptable ride quality. E.g. for a 300kg constant spring, you would want 150kg of load.

Optional - Rear Coil Tower Brace

• Rear coil tower braces are usually suggested for use with high-load rear-rated coils/loads in the Nissan GQ and GU models to stop distortion and/or bending of the upper coil seat.
• For part no. 50330, some vehicles may require exhaust modifications to fit this brace. Also, due to the placement of brake lines on some vehicles, lines may need to be carefully bent for clearance.

Certification

Some vehicle modifications require LVVTA Certification. The following products in this suspension kit may require LVVTA Certification:

EFS Coil Springs

EFS Coil Springs are manufactured under a strict quality control system with the use of quality Spring steel. This ensures you are purchasing a high-quality product that is backed by a three year/100,000km warranty.

EFS Coil Springs are produced in a variety of raised heights, from standard to 125mm and also a variety of spring rates to suit different applications - Towing, load bearing accessories, increased ride height and off-road competition.

Specifications

• Shot Peened - To stress relieve the outer surface of the Coil, so the Coil can operate under higher fatigue & repeated load conditions to ensure longevity.
• Scragged for Quality Control -This is a process where the Coil is compressed beyond its yield point; this compression will set-up residual stresses and increase the elastic limit of the spring.
• Powder Coated - To resist corrosion & to protect the spring steel from minor damage.

EFS Leaf Springs

Transform your rigid leaf sprung vehicle into a comfortable off-road performer with EFS leaf springs. EFS Torsion Bars

The EFS Torsion Bar is increased in strength by 25% to 30% over the standard O.E Bar. EFS Torsion Bars will provide you with increased handling and response from your vehicle and compensate for extra loads.

• Increased spring rate to compensate for load bearing accessories

• Bars feature machined splines, bar peeled and rolled to ensure strength & reliability.

Fitment

The ends of all EFS Torsion Bars are painted with a colour code, when fitting these Bars the following applies: Green to front of vehicle, Blue to left & Red to right.

EFS U Bolts

Made from quality carbon steel with rolled threads to increase strength due to uniform grain finish and powder coated for protection against corrosion.

Deep nuts are supplied for safety and strength with flat washers to provide a smooth contact surface area to reduce plate friction.

EFS Bush Kits

EFS Polyurethane Bushes are made from high quality elastomers which gives the EFS Polyurethane Bush a high isolating strength and durability. EFS poly bushes have an elastomer rating of 80 Duro to give improved suppleness and grease channels for increased distribution of lubrication properties.

EFS Panhard Rods

The EFS adjustable Panhard Rod corrects the lateral location of the diff and centralises the diff location. When a 4WD is lifted beyond a certain height the diff is pulled across by the standard panhard rod.

EFS Panhard Rods are made from high strength steel with high performance polyurethane bushes.

EFS Shackle pins and swing shackles

EFS Shackle Pins and Swing Shackles are engineered to be stronger than the original equipment and greaseable for ease of service.

The products are then case hardened and gold cadmium plated or black oxided for increased strength and corrosion protection.

Superior Engineering Superflex Radius Arms

Superior Lower Control Arms

Superior Engineering heavy duty straight adjustable lower control arms are used mainly on coil cabs to adjust the wheelbase and/or pinion angle. Made from quality high tensile bar, 1 1/8 UNF thread with twin lock nuts to eliminate any chance of the nuts coming loose, 150mm long threaded rod for ample adjustability and coated in a rust-resistant zinc finish and with rubber bushes fitted.

Superior Engineering Sway Bar Extensions

Manufactured from high grade aluminium, these sway bar extensions eliminate the need to remove the sway bars when performing lifts, ultimately making the vehicle drive far better with the sway bars still fitted.

Superior Engineering Tail/Drive Shaft Spacer

These spacers are for when your driveline is too short after doing a lift.

Superior Engineering rear driveline spacers are machined from 6061 T6 aluminium and include hardware.  Includes most common Toyota driveshaft bolt patterns and comes with grade 8.8 high tensile bolts. Please ensure the hole spacings are measured prior to ensure expected results.

Superior Bump Stop Extensions - Front

Manufactured from 6000 Series alloy billet and finished in a black anodize coating these Superior Engineering bump stop extensions help keep the front shocks from closing up fully and causing damage to the piston and/or seals.

Superior Bump Stop Extensions - Rear

Superior Engineering bump stops are designed with longer than standard soft bumps to limit travel more softly than standard bumps would, whilst still providing adequate support to protect your valuable suspension components.
