This custom suspension kit includes EFS 4WD and Superior Engineering components to deliver a 100mm lift for the Nissan Patrol GQ Y60 LWB.

Fitment Notes

Rear Suspension - Coil Springs & Shocks

• If purchasing the NIS-114HL4E rear coils, select the 39-7008 Shocks.
• If purchasing the NIS-114HL5E rear coils, select the 39-7002 shocks.
• Rear Springs - As a general rule, spring loading will ideally be within 150kg of constant rating for acceptable ride quality. E.g. for a 300kg constant spring, you would want 150kg of load.
  

Certification

Some vehicle modifications require LVVTA Certification. The following products in this suspension kit may require LVVTA Certification:

EFS Coil Springs

EFS Coil Springs are manufactured under a strict quality control system with the use of quality Spring steel. This ensures you are purchasing a high-quality product that is backed by a three year/100,000km warranty.

EFS Coil Springs are produced in a variety of raised heights, from standard to 125mm and also a variety of spring rates to suit different applications - Towing, load bearing accessories, increased ride height and off-road competition.

Specifications

• Shot Peened - To stress relieve the outer surface of the Coil, so the Coil can operate under higher fatigue & repeated load conditions to ensure longevity.
• Scragged for Quality Control -This is a process where the Coil is compressed beyond its yield point; this compression will set-up residual stresses and increase the elastic limit of the spring.
• Powder Coated - To resist corrosion & to protect the spring steel from minor damage.

Superior Lower Control Arms

Superior Engineering heavy duty straight adjustable lower control arms are used mainly on coil cabs to adjust the wheelbase and/or pinion angle. Made from quality high tensile bar, 1 1/8 UNF thread with twin lock nuts to eliminate any chance of the nuts coming loose, 150mm long threaded rod for ample adjustability and coated in a rust-resistant zinc finish and with rubber bushes fitted.

Superior High Clearance Drop Boxes

Superior Engineering has designed the highest clearance of all Drop Boxes on the market. With a 100% bolt-on design these Drop Boxes will fit without any cutting needed.

Drop boxes are designed to drop the rear of your radius arms on the Nissan Patrol GQ and GU. Dropping the rear of the radius arm when a lift is performed greatly improves vehicle drivability

The high clearance design allows tighter dimensions to decrease dropbox catching.

Superior Bump Stop Extensions - Front

Manufactured from 6000 Series alloy billet and finished in a black anodize coating these Superior Engineering bump stop extensions help keep the front shocks from closing up fully and causing damage to the piston and/or seals.

Superior Bump Stop Extensions - Rear

Superior Engineering bump stops are designed with longer than standard soft bumps to limit travel more softly than standard bumps would, whilst still providing adequate support to protect your valuable suspension components.

Superior Drag Link

Competition Spec Adjustable Drag Link with a pin-to-pin bracket suitable for Nissan Patrol GQ with a 2-6 inch lift. Superior Engineering manufacture the world’s strongest Patrol Steering Rods on the market.

Manufactured using 35 OD 4340m high tensile steel bar that is CNC machined to exact tolerance to create the toughest steering rods available. Finished in a 7 step SA5 Zinc anti-corrosion finish so rust will not affect the threads.

Superior Panhard Rod

When lifting your vehicle over 2 inches, an adjustable panhard rod is essential to realign the axle correctly. Superior Engineering’s rods are precisely adjustable to centre the axle under the chassis. Made from 32mm OD high-tensile bar, they feature genuine bushes (where applicable), CNC-machined threads, 150mm of adjustment, and durable zinc coating for corrosion resistance.

Superior’s Patented ITS Seal Technology (PN-2015101600) prevents internal rust by sealing the adjustable boss with a machined groove and hydraulic seal between the thread, lock nuts, and link.
