This custom suspension kit includes EFS 4WD and Superior Engineering components to deliver a 50mm monotube lift for the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series (including KDSS model) 10/2007 onwards.

Fitment Notes

Front Suspension

• Superior Monotubes are height adjustable. We suggest 60mm max for best ride comfort.
• Shock top hat is required for certification.
• Reservoir Mount (31263) not suitable for the KDSS model. Use the universal brackets included with the shocks (39913) instead.
  

Rear Suspension

• Panhard Rod - May be required with TLC-119HDE & TLC-119HHDE coils.
• Rear Springs - As a general rule, spring loading will ideally be within 150kg of constant rating for acceptable ride quality. E.g. for a 300kg constant spring, you would want 150kg of load.

Certification

Some vehicle modifications require LVVTA Certification. The following products in this suspension kit may require LVVTA Certification:

EFS Coil Springs

EFS Coil Springs are manufactured under a strict quality control system with the use of quality Spring steel. This ensures you are purchasing a high-quality product that is backed by a three year/100,000km warranty.

EFS Coil Springs are produced in a variety of raised heights, from standard to 125mm and also a variety of spring rates to suit different applications - Towing, load bearing accessories, increased ride height and off-road competition.

Specifications

• Shot Peened - To stress relieve the outer surface of the Coil, so the Coil can operate under higher fatigue & repeated load conditions to ensure longevity.
• Scragged for Quality Control -This is a process where the Coil is compressed beyond its yield point; this compression will set-up residual stresses and increase the elastic limit of the spring.
• Powder Coated - To resist corrosion & to protect the spring steel from minor damage.

EFS Panhard Rods

The EFS adjustable Panhard Rod corrects the lateral location of the diff and centralises the diff location. When a 4WD is lifted beyond a certain height the diff is pulled across by the standard panhard rod.

EFS Panhard Rods are made from high strength steel with high performance polyurethane bushes.

Superior Engineering Monotube Shocks

Superior Engineering Upper Control Arms

Superior upper control arms are designed to correct the ball joint angle when you lift your vehicle. They are machined from a solid billet of Aircraft Grade 6000 Series Alloy and clearance for the coil to clear the arms during articulation has been allowed for. Double adjustable bushes allow for adjustments to be done on the vehicle without having to remove the UCA's from the vehicle. Finished in a hard-wearing silver anodize coating.

Superior Engineering Diff Drop Kits

Diff drop brackets are designed to drop the diff lower to fix the cv angle. Manufactured from Aircraft Grade 6000 Series alloy spacers with black anodized finish. Kits include all bolts and spacers needed to drop your front diff.
